A First Aid course that will satisfy the BCU requirements for a 16 hour minimum FA instruction and assessment. Will also match requirements for walking, climbing and D of E leaders/volunteers. This is suitable for Level 2 coaches seeking the Moderate water endorsement and those working for their 4 star award. Course will cover legal aspects, primary and secondary survey, CPR and resuscitation including recovery positions, burns, breaks, bleeds, shock, epilepsy and head and spinal injuries. There will be practical sessions outdoors. This is a Level 2 award and there is a written and practical assessment. Certificates are awarded by First Aid Awards.

Cost for the one day is £35 for Bath CC members and £45 for non-members, for the two day course £70 for members and £90 for non-members.

Lunch is not provided.

If you require a 2 day/16 hr FA award this can be counted as Day 2 providing you have already completed the Day 1 just let me know your intentions. There will be further courses in 2014.
