You are now registered on the course. Any cancellation must be notified before 21 July and refunds can be arranged. Cancellations after 21 Jul will lose the course fee.

A First Aid course that will satisfy the BCU requirements for an 8 hour minimum FA instruction and assessment. Will also match requirements for walking, climbing and D of E leaders/volunteers. This is suitable for Level 1 and Level 2 coaches and those going for the BCU Lifeguards SESA. Foran also be delivered as a First Aid at Work course. Course will cover legal aspects, primary and secondary survey, CPR and resuscitation including recovery positions, burns, breaks, bleeds, shock, epilepsy and head and spinal injuries. This is a Level 2 award and there is a written and practical assessment. Certificates are awarded by First Aid Awards.

For paddlers at 4 star level the 2 day course is for you.

Cost for the one day is £35 for Bath CC members and £45 for non-members.

Lunch is not provided.

If you require a 2 day/16 hr FA award this can be counted as Day 1 with Day 2 to be completed later. Dates for future courses are 19 October and a 2 day course 16 & 17 November.
