It is a high spring tide and therefore the currents will be strong. It is for this reason that the grading will be Intermediate. Due to the SW winds there will be too much swell on the S Wales coast so this trip will be from Combe Matrtin.
LW at Ilfracombe is at 11:37 but the flow changes direction, from ebb to flood, Milford Haven + 5:30, i.e. 11:10 (ish). So the plan will be to be on the water reasonably early. Actual time will be circulated later.

You must register if you intend to come. Places are restricted in an effort to maintain an acceptable leader/participant ratio. When the list is full names can still be registered as reserves and the leader will notify you if you may join the trip.
