It is rare that the tidal conditions are good for this trip to Worm's Head. The is an exposed coastline with few exits hence the Intermediate grading. We'll launch at Port Eynon and we'll be carried by the tide to Worm's Head where LW slack will be around 13:00hrs.
Let's meet at Port Eynon car park at 10:00hrs. There is a car park just west of the roundabout SA3 1NZ, grid SS468851, w3w ///valued.charm.grumble. Trolleys with wide wheels are essential for the long pull up the beach when the tide is out. It is possible to off-load at the roundabout where there is some parking space.
