3* Peer Sea-Trip

Skill Level: 3* level (if you don't have 3* certificate but think you have the skills, please contact the organiser to discuss).
Date: this is a one day trip and it will be on the Saturday or Sunday -to be decided nearer the time.
What to expect: a return trip on the sea, taking in the scenery, rock-hopping if the opportunity presents itself, a lunch stop on the beach (bring packed lunch) and plenty of time to chatter whilst paddling. Dependent on the group, but usually a couple of hours paddling each way at a reasonable but not fast pace, maybe 20-25km round trip. (All subject to the usual caveats and what the group wants to do on the day....)
Registration: This trip will be organised by email.
Please email the trip organiser if you are interested. (There is no on-line registration).
Age: If under 18 you must be accompanied by a responsible adult for the whole trip including on the water, unless the trip organiser has specifically agreed otherwise.
Responsibility: You will be expected to take responsibility for your own kit and general safety.
Kit: If you need a

Keys: You will need to make your own arrangements with a key-holder to get into the club if you don't have keys.
Safe-code: For boats and other kit you will need the keys in the safe. For the

Transport: For environmental and economic reasons we should car share as much as possible. However with sea kayaks only 2 per car is recommended. Actual cost between you and driver/passenger.
