CAR and ROOF-RACK (sorry we've run out of roof racks) and be able to take your boat and one other + passenger.
You must register if you intend to come. Places are limited due to the number of boats available.

Destination: The plan is to head to Studland Bay with the back up of Poole Harbour and the River Wye, and the River Avon if all else fails – we may need to cancel if conditions are not right and we may need to re-arrange if there is not enough boat carrying capability.
No previous sea experience necessary. This trip will be a good opportunity to try sea kayaking.
This trip will be led by BCC members who are 3* paddlers. You are expected to take responsibility for your own kit and general safety.

Kit: Sea kayak, spray deck, paddle, helmet, bouyancy aid.
Wetsuit or suitable clothing and cag. 2 sets of warm clothes, one for the boat in a dry bag, one for the car. Towel. Suncream. Hot and cold drinks. Lunch and snacks. Change for parking and post paddle coffee.
Transport: We usually share transport. Petrol and parking costs are shared between driver and passenger. We usually carry 2 sea kayaks per car.
Weather: This is a weather dependent trip. Final confirmation of the trip location and time to meet at the club (likely to be 7.30 a.m.) will be emailed the day before. There is a possibility of the trip being rescheduled if the weather is unsuitable.
