An Activity First Aid course that will satisfy the BCU requirement for an 8 hr/1 day course. This is also an accredited Level 2 course and can also count as a Level 2 Emergency First Aid at Work qualification.
Places are primarily for BCC members but will be opened to other clubs if we cannot fill.
Course will include Resusitation and CPR, actions on drowning, Shock, hypothermia, Broken bones and bleeds, burns, head injuries, primary and secondary survey and casualty management.
Cost is £36 for members for the one day version and includes certificate and booklets. Payment methods will show on the registration message.
This course exceeds the requirement laid down in the BCU Aquatic First Aid 1 and 2 qualification.
This course is accredited by First Aid Awards and NUCO Training who are recognised by the BCU as an approved First Aid course provider. Level 2 Award certificates are issued by First Aid Awards.
