This white water trip could be something more challenging that Loop. Aimed at those who are happy taking the hardest lines on G3 rivers but will need someone with experience of the river to organise it...
As always it will depend on river levels.
Meet at the club to leave by 08.00 - even though spring is on its way...
It's about a 2:25 drive, we probably won't be home much before 19:00.
What to bring - the usual stuff but not forgetting-
Warm paddling kit even though it's in Devon it could be cold
A hot drink is now a must have - an unbreakable flask (attached) in the back of your boat.
Food - high energy food is best (flapjacks/Mars bars/banana etc. are good)
Transport
Normally we share the cost of the fuel (220+ miles so could be around £30-£50 per car).
