Sept 5th Wed evening 3* theory session upstairs at the club house. I will be there from 6pm – start 6.30pm or as soon as you can get there. FREE.
A brief look at the theory needed for 3* sea assessment and useful for ANYONE interested in paddling on the sea. Standard – all welcome. Please bring pen and paper, 2B pencil and rubber, a compass (if you have one), and cakes! We will be looking at trip planning, tides, OS maps, charts, buoyage and lights etc. If you need to do this for 3* this year but cannot make that date please let me know so I can do another session before the 3* assessments in October.
