A one day course on foundation rescue techniques.
Be prepared to get wet both in the morning and afternoon. It may well be cold -bring suitable kit/clothing.
Bring a packed lunch to eat at the Clubhouse.
Be at the Clubhouse and ready to start for 0900.
Course aims to finish at 1700.
There will be a pool session on Monday 23 October to do some practice drills in warmer water in preparation for the course.
