The club's AGM will be held on the evening of Friday 29th. January 2016
Please put the date in your diary and make a point of coming along.
As well as the business part of the evening when you can find out what has been happening over the last twelve months, the state of the club's finances and being able to elect the committee for the next year it is also an opportunity to meet club members that you might not otherwise meet.
The approximate format for the evening is as follows:
19.00 - Arrive
19.30 - AGM
20.30 - Buffet meal, raffle and socialise
Food is provided. All you have to do is turn up and treat yourself to a drink.
Please make a point of registering as we need an indication of numbers at least one week in advance of the event to ensure we get the catering right.
If you are unable to attend then you can also leave your apologies on the registration page.

If you have any items you would like discussing at the AGM please let Sue have details by Thursday 31st. of December at the very latest. Please note that tabled items are not taken at the AGM.
