Overview
A weekend event, however if you can't commit to the whole weekend you can choose to just come for the day or one night & day.

We will be based at Dyers Fm and do day trips.

Most people arrive in time for a drink/meal on the Friday evening, though some may choose to do an informal peer paddle on the Friday afternoon. Stay over Fri & Sat night. Paddle Sat & Sunday, leave Sunday 5pm ish.

Leaders from BCC will lead groups at beginner level and 2-3 star depending who signs up. Those that don't wish to be in a led group can organise peer paddles if they wish.

Accommodation will be Dyers Farm in the Croyde / Woolacombe area which gives us access to those beaches and the north coast -Ilfracombe to Combe Martin.

Cost of accommodation will be £25 pp for Fri & Sat night, leave Sunday morning. This will need to be paid in advance and will be non-refundable (more details later).

Beds in shared rooms but you need to BRING YOUR OWN BEDDING & TOWEL (S.bag, pillow case).

Places limited to the number of beds. If you want to arrange your own (additional) accommodation or just paddle for one day and not stay over please let me know and I can increase the number of places.

If you need a club boat email the quartermaster mailto:quartermaster@bathcanoeclub.co.uk

Transport

For environmental and economic reasons we should car share as much as possible. However with sea kayaks only 2 per car is recommended. Fuel cost usually around £30-£50 per car + parking. Actual cost between you and driver/passenger.
