Registration is closed

This week’s (18th Jan) white water trip is still again a work in progress, we'll aim for something G3ish and decide based on river levels and group's ability/size.
You may even get to throw snowballs at smug blighters who are moaning that they are too hot as they change out of their dry-suits.

We'll unlock by 07:30 to get away before 08.00 - as we have less daylight and we like to have a 50% safety margin on the water.

On average it's about a 2:15 drive. Often with longer shuttles run on a very narrow tractor filled roads. We probably won't be home much before 19:00.

Please register if you intend to come, it has car details and if driving how many boats you can carry, plus emergency contact details that make it a little easier for the organisers.

What to bring - the usual stuff but not forgetting-
Warm paddling kit it could be cold
A hot drink is now a must have - an unbreakable flask (attached) in the back of your boat.
Food - high energy food is best (flapjacks/Mars bars/banana etc. are good)
Dry warm clothes to get changed into post paddle.

A bag of salt to get the car up icy hills.

We share the cost of the fuel (220+ miles so could be around £30-£50 per car).
